Flourless Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

These are super easy to make with only 8 ingredients! They are gluten free and vegan and a great treat if you love peanut butter as much as me! You can also add some chia seeds for an extra crunch, omega-3 fatty acid and fiber!

1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 teaspoon of baking soda, vanilla extract, and cinnamon 
1 cup unsweetened applesauce 
1/2 cup of peanut butter
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips 
1/4 cup of dried cranberries (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for about 8-10 minutes, depending on how you like your cookies consistency.
